For us, sustainability is a guiding principle that directs every phase of our work, from material selection to production, including solutions to reduce our environmental impact in eyewear.
Eco-compatible Materials
Each of our products is designed to ensure high performance while fully respecting the environment. We constantly invest in innovative materials, eliminating harmful substances and reducing waste.
We were among the first to introduce biocompatible nose pads, free from phthalates and completely recyclable. Our “NSP” nose pad uses a latest-generation elastomer, with the same softness properties as silicone, but with greater durability and transparency.
For metal components, we select only certified alloys that comply with international environmental regulations, helping to reduce the consumption of virgin raw materials.
Low-impact Production Processes
Reducing production impact is a priority for us. Through resource optimization and the adoption of advanced technologies, we minimize waste and energy consumption.
Our facilities are powered by renewable sources, allowing us to reduce CO₂ emissions. We have implemented manufacturing processes that enable the recovery and recycling of excess materials, minimizing waste. We also use energy-efficient machinery and automated processes to ensure production efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Responsible Packaging
Our commitment to sustainability extends to packaging. We develop FSC-certified cardboard packaging and reduce plastic usage, favoring recycled and recyclable materials. We design smart packaging solutions that reduce the volume and weight of materials used, optimizing transport and further decreasing CO₂ emissions.
